Position 1: Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Support the pharmacist in the precise and prompt distribution of medications
  • Manage and maintain prescription documentation and patient profiles
  • Offer outstanding customer support and address medication-related questions
  • Oversee inventory and guarantee proper medication storage
  • Aid with insurance claims and billing procedures

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program
  • Valid Pharmacy Technician license in the province of operation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent precision and attention to detail
  • Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Position 2: Staff Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications following established guidelines and protocols
  • Offer medication counseling to patients and address their concerns or inquiries
  • Cooperate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
  • Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians and auxiliary staff
  • Continuously broaden knowledge of medication therapy and industry developments

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
  • Valid pharmacist license in the province of operation
  • Robust clinical, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven dedication to patient care and safety
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting

Position 3: Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and support customers courteously and professionally
  • Operate cash registers and accurately process transactions
  • Arrange and maintain shelves and displays
  • Help customers find products and offer suggestions
  • Keep a tidy and orderly store environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Adaptability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends

Position 4: Store Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store activities and manage employee performance
  • Create and execute strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction
  • Track inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Cultivate a positive work atmosphere that promotes teamwork and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a pharmacy environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Proven capacity to increase sales and surpass customer expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management software
